BBQ Chicken Dip
2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese softened
1/2 C Lefty's BBQ Sauce
1 T Garlic Powder
2 C Perdue Short Cuts Southwestern Style Carved Chicken Breast
1/3 C Corn, Drained
1/3 C Black Beans, Drained
1/2 C Red Onion, Chopped
1/2 C shredded Pepper Jack cheese
1/2 C shredded Cheddar cheese
2 Green Onions, Chopped
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Lightly grease a casserole dish or small cast iron pan.
In large bowl, stir together cream cheese, Lefty's BBQ Sauce and garlic powder until smooth.
Dice chicken and place in bowl with cream cheese mixture. Blend.
Stir in corn, black beans, red onion and half of shredded cheeses.
Pour mixture to casserole dish or cast iron pan. Place in oven for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining shredded cheese on top. Bake 10 to 15 minutes.
Sprinkle green onions and cilantro.
Serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy.
