Kick off game day with Lefty's Fried Party Wings! You don't have time to be measuring and mixing 5 to 6 ingredients when all you need is just one bag that is packed with bold seasonings. It's a win-win for you and your guests!

Directions

Pre-heat oil in deep fryer to 340 degrees.
Mix 1 C of Lefty's Fish n' Chicken Mix with 1 C of water. Whisk until a smooth texture is formed. Set aside.
Pour as much Lefty's Fish n' Chicken Mix in a large bowl as needed.
Dip each piece of chicken into the wet batter and then completely coat each dipped piece into the dry mixture.
Carefully place in heated oil and fry until golden brown, 165 degrees.
Place cooked chicken on paper towel to drain oil. Enjoy.
Pour Lefty's BBQ Sauce in a small bowl for dipping.
Tip: For a more quality product, sift the dry mixture when it starts to "cake up".
